Acknowledgment of Risk
The Client acknowledges that automotive detailing services involve cleaning and treatment of various surfaces, however unlikely the incidents may occur, it can expose the vehicle to risks such as, but not limited to, scratches, swirl marks, discoloration, and potential damage to paint, upholstery, or other vehicle components. The Client understands these risks and the unlikelihood of the risks, agrees to proceed with services at their own risk.
Vehicle Condition and Pre-Inspection
The Client agrees to inspect the vehicle for any pre-existing damages (such as scratches, dents, or tears) prior to the detailing services. The Client understands that detailing services will not repair such damage, and the Company is not responsible for any pre-existing issues that may become more apparent after detailing.
Limitation of Liability
The Client acknowledges that the Company’s liability is limited to the cost of the detailing services paid by the Client. Under no circumstances will the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may occur.
No Guarantee of Results
The Company does not guarantee a specific result or outcome from the detailing services. The results of the services may vary based on the condition of the vehicle, the materials used, and other factors outside of the Company’s control.
Right to Refuse Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle that is deemed unsafe or unfit for detailing due to reasons such as hazardous conditions, extreme filth, structural damage, or any other issue that could pose a risk to the safety of the vehicle or the personnel. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and the Client will be notified of the reason for refusal.
Personal Items in Vehicle
The Client agrees that the Company is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle during detailing services. The Client is advised to remove all personal belongings, valuables, and fragile items before the service begins.
Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fee for the services provided. Payment is due upon completion of the services unless other arrangements have been made.
Consent to Photos and Marketing
The Client grants the Company permission to take photographs of the vehicle before, during, or after the detailing process for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Refund Policy
The Client understands that once the detailing service has begun, no refunds will be issued. If the Client is unsatisfied with the results, the Company will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue within a reasonable time frame, but no full refund will be provided.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province in which the Company is located.
